Rajeev Jain

Rajeev Jain is a Law Graduate from Delhi University and a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He is a former Officer of Directorate General of Anti-Dumping & Allied Duties (DGAD), Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. Mr. Jain voluntarily resigned from the Government of India after serving in different capacities for about 20 years. Post his resignation he founded the Law Firm, World Trade Consultants & Advocates, which specializes in the practice of International Trade Remedies representing the interests of Governments/Producers/Exporters from around the world. Since the formation of WTC, Mr. Jain along with his team has formed a loyal clientele of renowned companies globally. Mr. Jain has successfully headed WTC’s team for the past 13 years and represented more than 750 producers/exporters/importers, Chambers/Associations and Governments of exporting countries before Government of India in various Anti-Dumping/Safeguard/Anti-Subsidy /Anti-Circumvention investigations.
